Welcome to my website!

I am a Senior Lecturer in Sustainable Business at Cranfield School of Management (United Kingdom), an Affiliated Researcher at the Mistra Centre for Sustainable Markets at Stockholm School of Economics (Sweden), and a Visiting Fellow at the Sasin School of Management, Chulalongkorn University (Thailand). 

My research centers on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Social Sustainability, with a particular focus on workers and professionals. I investigate how organizations address social challenges, and my current work explores social responsibility for worker rights and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace. 

I earned my doctoral degree in Sustainable Business from Stockholm School of Economics and completed postdoctoral studies at the Centre for Social and Sustainable Innovation, University of Victoria (Canada). My academic journey also includes a Bachelor in Business Administration from Bocconi University (Milan, Italy), a Master of Science in International Management (CEMS) from University College Dublin (Ireland), and an MBA in Management and Finance from McGill University (Montreal, Canada).

In addition to my academic experience, I spent six years working in the fashion industry across Asia and Europe.  I am passionate about exploring different cultures and learning from diverse people. Having lived on three continents and in over ten countries, I consider myself a global citizen, with a deep interest in South and Southeast Asia, where I conduct much of my research.
